still here.

tulips.

so i'm starting to get those "are you okay" emails left & right.
yall are too sweet.

i have not dropped off the face of the earth. promise.
i just decided to take last week off from my laptop. i needed it.
maybe a "taking the week off" blog post should have been posted.

we had a little scare this past week.
long story short: i spent a day in the hospital.
no worries though.
everything is fine & dandy. promise.

i still haven't touched my machine. *ewww*
mount washmore is still in my basement. *gag me*
hubby is still ubber amazing. *swoon*
and i'm able to hold down more than graham crackers & gatorade.
{more on that later.}

oh and to prove hubby is ubber amazing...
aren't these tulips beautiful???
he surprised me with them the other night.
{along with some candy & a quilting magazine.}

p.s. siggy blocks are landing on my doorstep like crazy.
:0)

{{my sponsors rock!!! yall should check out fat quarter shop.}}

It is ok to take time off, but please know you are loved by many. Glad to know you are ok....but I do hope you don't tackle all that laundry on your own. This is time for some serious pampering and it only last 9 months. Rally friends & family, as I'm sure they'd be happy to help. I know I'd be happy to come do your laundry and cleaning...but I doubt you'd want me to cook for you (I'm a lousy cook).

Rest and pamper yourself!

Hugs,

so glad to hear you're doing okay and starting to feel a bit better - love the tulips! (the picture is amazing, too - great photography skills). I've decided to make two pinwheel quilts at the same time, so I've had time to get some more fabric for the second one. Please take all the time you need. I'll be working on my first twin-sized bed quilt until then! (((hugs)))

Sorry you're having some bumps in the road. I hope things will smooth out for you and that you'll feel better. I wish I lived close by. Laundry is one of the few things I actually enjoy doing.
How wonderful to have a husband who thinks of the little things that make life sweet.
