rachel's homemade chocolate icing.

what y'all will need:
1 stick butter
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. almond extract
5 tbl cocoa
1 pound powdered sugar

the making part:
put butter, milk and cocoa in medium sauce pan.
stirring constantly with a whisk, heat to boiling point.
when it gets the consistency of melted chocolate remove from the heat.
add almond extract & sugar.
place in the fridge for a little while to thicken.
and then frost some yummy cupcakes like these.

ohhhh, yummy! So glad you posted this "fat free" recipe! Chocolate anything is my favorite! (see if I tell myself it's fat free, then it's ok to eat it and lots of it w/out feeling guilty!) ;)

not sure if i want to try another of your recipe's they seem to be my downfall, hehe!! I just finished City of Ashes and I am sad now, I had the money to buy the next book, but this morning the hubby asked to borrow it, so now i need to wait a couple of days :O( wow that book was amazing!! I cannot wait to see how the third one is, oh btw, my 10 yo is reading the first one and she loves it!!
