I laughed out loud for this post!

My cart is ridiculously full right now. I'm deciding what to buy with my coupon! (20% off 'til tomorrow!)

too funny. :)

I think a Brick Pattern would be a good way to show of the fabrics. do like 4x 7 1/2 inch bricks, with every other row having 4x4 on the ends, I am doing one now and I am loving it.

I have a counted cross stitch sampler that my mom did commemorating my daughter's birth 24 years ago. It's been sitting in a frame on the wall all that time, and I've decided that I'm going to incorporate all my counted cross stitch pieces into quilts. I think this Simply Sweet line would look adorable done up into a quilt with my cross stitch. I've already done one quilt this way, which was a Halloween quilt. It was my very first quilt, and you can check it out on my blog.

I love these! I could buy fat quarters all day long. (And other cuts too, of course!) Fabric shopping on the internet is so dangerous!!!! I love this picture - makes the fabric look even yummier :-) You and Camille always have such gorgeous photos and are inspiring me to improve my photography.

That is one pretty pile of fabric! Quite scrumptious, in fact! YUM! I'm just about to introduce my very first pattern for sale, and it would be so pretty done up in these fabrics. All you need is 30 charms and a little piece for the background...maybe a length of jumbo ric rac too! Hmmmm, I might have to go shopping!

Oh, you don't have to tell me twice--they are fab! I, too, loved seeing them on Camille's blog. I love the Jelly Girl quilt pattern--I think something like that would be amazing.

OMG Rachel!! I just got 17 yards of fabric for my birthday and you make me want to get more. Those are Gorgeous and so fresh and cheerful. I would make a ticker tape quilt with a white background.

Oh, I can see a couple of very cute little dresses for a granddaughter. Mixing and matching the colors and prints. A bonnet with a wide brim to shade her face from the sun. Running and playing in the long green grass.
Then I remember I have only one grandson, so far.

Yum-O Rach! Love those colors. Puts a spring in your step after tons of snow, huh? Have fun! Jenn

I love that I am not the only one who adds things to the cart that I love and then have to cull it when I actually order. I would use them for the pinwheel sampler quilt a long but that probably doesn't help.

Elena said...

omg, gor-ge-ous!!! I'm all about bright Spring colors, so these are perfect for me! Would you mind terribly to link to which fabrics these are? I can't find them easily on the shop, and would love to make my very first pinwheel quilt with them. Thanks!

I love those fabrics. I have to suggest this to you: http://ankastreasures.wordpress.com/2010/02/26/happy-friday/

I have this one on my To-Do list myself.

Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Sinta Renee said...

Of course any one of Barbara's patterns at Quilt Soup would be wonderful. But I'm thinking Red Velvet Cake by Thimble Blossoms or a sweet Dresden pattern. I love the fabrics... got a small stack, that doesn't compare to yours.
P.S. go see what PKM is making with hers...

Lovely bright colours like those just need to be out there - some nice new accessories - a purse, tote, cute little holders for your shades and phone etc. I'd want to be seeing it everyday. Enjoy

Since it's all Camille's fault anyway...I can really see those in "Wild Thing." In fact, that's what I want to do with my Bubblegum Basics f/q's and I'm not even having a baby!

i think it would make a cute pinwheel quilt or spring banner or table runner. have fun turning it into something!

I love that you buy fabrics before you know what you're going to do with them! I always feel so strange when people talk about buying specific fabrics for specific projects. I find that overwhelming and tend to just buy loads of whatever I like when I see it!
