labor.

08 September 2009

so my labor day weekend was full of labor.
:)

completed 2 bee blocks.
completed 2 doll quilts for swaps.
completed 2 table runners for gifts.
completed some other odds & ends.
{my flickr photostream has all the proof yall need.}

tomorrow's agenda:

p.s. only 14 more days until my birthday!!!

Now you know why they call it labor day...I think a more fitting name would be laborless day. But then again can you really call quilting labor?

Oh Rachel, you have done enough work for both of us - which is great because I didn't sew a stitch. Ann :)

those look fab!! I sure wish I could get some uninterrupted sewing in, i thought when school started and three were gone i'd get some sewing done, but the baby disagrees, he has other plans i guess, kinda crappy

SHEESH !!! You got more done this past weekend than I've gotten done in the past year !!! How do you do it !?!?!! When my kids were little I pretty much just slogged through my days ... between work and kid stuff, I just walked by my dust covered sewing machine sitting there looking all sad and neglected .... and now that my kids are teenagers/young men, I'm still not getting at the sewing like I dream of ......(sigh) oh well!!!
