I think your quilt is going to look so cute. I might start your quilt along this summer since I don't have time right now but I am having fun looking at the process to make this quilt.

I'm glad we don't have to do this instruction 'til the cows come home' because no cow in her right mind would want to come here these days! It's toooooooo darn cold! I'm going to crank the heat in my sewing room and get that quilt top done!

Thanks so much Rachel! This has been such a fun and productive project!

Hey, Ms. Rachel...what is your recipe for sweet tea? I get to enjoy it so much when I'm in Georgia visiting the family and definitely miss it when I come home.

Love postage stamp quilts! I still haven't gotten myself together one but I'm so tempted by your sponsor!
When you sew your blocks together, how do you keep the intersections lined up?

Rachel ... God Bless you! ... just had to say that :) Doing your quilt alongs seems to be the only way for me to get a quilt accomplished for myself ... so far ;) I've got a few more blocks to construct and then I'm on to the quilt top construction ... YAY!! I've always adored postage stamp quilts, just never thought I'd get one of my own. Thank you for the awesome motivation, your wonderful blog personality and another picture of your cute-ums wouldn't hurt either :) {lol}

Ooh, I'm so looking forward to seeing lots of completed quilt tops over the next few days! My blocks are semi-constructed (hey, I had spare time over the weekend) and I'm hoping to finish construction tonight, just as soon as I rip out the one upside down block that snuck in...

It's been fun seeing everyone's quilts in the flickr pool. Especially since a few others are using the same fabric as me. Neat to see what they come up with!

Rachel - thank you so much for putting this all together for us. It has been a lot of fun watching the progress - and so easy!

This is the first quilt along I have done and now the first quilt I will have made for myself. :-)

I am so excited to find you and this blog and this quilt along!!! I am going to purchase my jelly rolls today ... i can't wait to do this quilt! :) Your blog is an inspiration ... and I have already preordered your book. :)

I could finish the blocks only today.
Hope to finish it soon. Glad I joined with you for my very first quilt along and my very first (proper) quilt.
Thank you for the inspiration & motivation.

Mine is only a 4 x 6 block postage stamp quilt because I'll be using it for a chair throw. Since I'm doing it all by hand (so far), the smaller size lets me keep up with you. But, I'm having a ball! Thanks for being there.

I just finished and posted mine to flickr. Thanks for putting this together, it was a lot of fun and I love my end result!

I made 5 blocks...I started late, but I am getting there. All the blocks on the flickr pool are so beautiful. I would love to make a second one, but first I have to get this puppy done.

Rachel, I finished my quilt top and posted a picture of it on the flicker group. You can also see a picture of it on my blog: carolscraftblog.blogspot.com. I had fun making this quilt.

I finished the quilt top and I'm really happy with it. Now I just have to figure out how to post it on flicker. Thanks for hosting the guilt along. It gave me a good push to finish up the project rather than let it sit as a "someday I'll get to it" project.

Just uploaded the pics of my finished quilt top to the flickr group. I've been sicker than a dog the last 3 days so this is the only thing of any value that I've done in that time. Thanks for offering this quiltalong. I've always admired postage stamp quilts but never really had an inclination to make one until this. It is the first thing I've sewn in 2 years that is just for me, and not for a customer, so I REALLY liked how it turned out, and even more that it went together so easily and quickly. (I'm all about the instant gratification!) Now...lets see if I am lucky enough to win a gift certificate...I still have a long list of stuff I want to buy from FQS haha!

Postage stamp quilts are beautiful! I'm sure a lot of quilters out there have already made beautiful quilts out of these lovely blocks. I'm definitely going to check out there flickr pages for photos of their finished projects! Continue being an inspiration to many, Miss Rachel!
