october is here!!! yayyy!!!
let's get all y'all summer loving folks in the mood for fall, shall we?!?!
mmm. orange & brown.
just do it.
you'll thank me later.
promise.
warning: if you choose caramel apple milky ways, proceed with caution. they're addicting.
and they go perfectly with dr pepper. just sayin'.
like right next to your laptop, for instance.
and if you wanna feel less guilty about horking down all that candy, just make one for your friend.
{and maybe add a yummy piece of fabric to sweeten the deal.}
friends DO let friends eat & eat. true fact.
happy fall y'all.

Hubby & I gave up soda two days ago. Now, I want to try those Milky Ways and grab a Dr Pepper to go with it.
Maybe I'll combat the craving with some sewing. :-)
Friends do let friends =)
What a terrific idea - fall, Christmas, Spring, Easter... :-D
But where are the peanut butter cups? You simply cannot do Halloween without peanut butter cups!

glad to see you are back, missed your posts
I'm trying to tell myself that I like fall. We've actually had a very nice fall so far, sunny and clear most days, but it's just the chill in the air that gets me, being a person who naturally leans towards being cold all the time - that's what I don't like. And we're not turning the fireplace on yet!!
I'm pinning your friendship bag pattern....
That is so much fabulous and loveliness!! Thanks for a great inspiration!
The fabric is yummy. It is even supposed to get cool here in Texas this weekend.
Those orange vintage-y florals are to. die. for. Want to make one of these for my toddler to carry!!
Gorgeous fabrics and perfect little basket for your sweets. A little sugar mid-afternoon can help you push through those 4 o'clock blahs.
What an easy little project. This would be a great way to use up all those charm packs I have. At the holidays I always bake For many friends & neighbors. This size bag would be great for delivering cookies/treats. They would also be great at a dinner party for Party favors or taking a hostest gift. Tons of ways to use this nice little bag. Thanks for the tutorial.
Looks great. One question, can you do a tutorial, point me to an existing tutorial, or the pattern.
Thanks!
aww rachel you totally made that in my colors just for me. i really appreciate it. you know my address. thanks.
What a great project, I think I may need to make some friendship Bags! Caramel apple milky ways -they look amazing, shame we dont get them here!

Oooo...Rachel! I love this bag. So Fall/Halloween happy! If I just enjoy your bag and it's contents online, it's better for my diet.
Oh man... mmmm... I had no idea those carmel apple candy bars existed... and Dr. Pepper happens to be my drink of choice....I think I may have to make this quick and go fill it! ;O) Thanks so much! (I think... LOL)
