i don't personally know someone that has the program, so i thought that i would ask yall.
so please share your thoughts: likes...dislikes. pretty please.
you'd really be helping me out.
and if you do eq...
i've read alot of reviews about eq6 not being better than eq5. any thoughts on that???

I would love to have this program but I am afraid I would get nothing else done but play with it. I probably wouldn't accomplish any sewing. By the way, love to read your blog.

I used to have EQ, maybe 3 or 4, but never use it. I may still have it! I find that I'm a stitcher but not a creater. I like following patterns, not making them up, because I just don't have "vision. But if you like to create and design I think you'd like it. Blessings, marlene
Hi there - we are about the same age. I'm 27! :) Your babies are beautiful - we have two little girls ourselves.
I have EQ6, I got it in March for my Birthday from Hubby. I love it. I use it all the time. I'd rather hand draw applique over using the program, but it's great for drafting blocks (although I like to draft blocks on paper too) and playing with color combinations/block combinations too. You still have to use your noodle to think of the best way to assemble quilts designed through EQ though because it basically just gives you options for assembling each seperate block...but if you're a pretty hard-core quilter it's totally worth the money. :)
