So hard to choose! There are a few that I'm completely smitten by. I think "Unconditional" is my favorite because it is unique, lets me use a lot of white, and has arrows (so in right now!).

I personally liked Second Wind, for the sentiment of giving someone hope during an illness, and then Oh Happy Day, as a celebration quilt. Oh Happy Day looks like a good quilt to showcase your favorite fabrics in larger pieces.

hi rachel, long time no speak :D i am super excited for you on your book, congrats!! as for which quilts i like, my fave is unconditional, then happily ever after falls in close behind, close! and then i really like the second wind one, but the first two are my absolute fave! i know you said pick your favorite one, but i figured you'd like more, three's a charm right?

well, i hope life is treating you well, and your family also. i miss the old(er) days...haha, keep up your hard work, it's nice to see you become what you have, had we not be trying so hard to make our business up and coming, i would have more time to quilt, but with all 4 kiddos in school now, i work full time with the husband, and quilt for fun on the side. as well as reading still.

and in case your wondering, i found a few really good authors, but for now i will leave you with one name....colleen hoover. seriously check her out, she is amazing!!

take care chicka, and maybe sometime soon we can catch up.

keep up the hard work, you are a rockstar <3

Rachel, I absolutely adore No Place Like Home; and I agree there's no place like being home. Home is where you live, and I've found being a military wife that you have to make the best of where home is (that is, where the military takes you), step out of your box, and trust the Lord. :) Thank you for the giveaway!

Missenota aka Kristin S. said...

I love "It Takes Two" the most. Great quilts; I'd love to win!

Mae said...

I enjoyed seeing all the quilts!! I only narrowed it down to one b/c I have fabric in mind. To share my fav and my reason you need to know I was the only Granddaughter to pick up the fabric/quilting bug from my Grandmother. She passed away, 5 yrs ago, while teaching me to quilt and I inherited much of her stash. I believe farsighted will help me use the many different fabrics more easily, as some fabrics are not 100% cotton. (My Grandmother was old-school, and used whatever fabrics she had/wanted.) So farsighted is my pick.

Thank you for sharing all the quilts from made with love.

Margaret said...

It is hard to pick just one but no place like home calls my name. Love the quilts in the book,.

Rachel your book is close to my heart, I work in a pediatric icu and when quilts are donated to our patients they lift the spirits of both the families and the staff. My dad recently passed away and I so wish I had had the time to make him a comfort quilt, those quilts leave you with a part of your loved ones after they've gone. All of your quilts are beautiful, but Look to the Stars I'd my favorite!

I had a difficult time narrowing this down, but in the end I chose Epilogue as my favorite. It's beautiful and it really speaks to me. I know how hard it is to deal with mental illness, for myself and as a family member. My favorite saying is "ain't nobody normal." No one is immune from such issues. A quilt showing you care and love someone who is suffering can be just the "hug" they need. It could be that gentle nudge toward a healing heart!

I really like all the quilts, but Unconditional stands out to me. I'm not exactly sure why it does--I suppose I like the lines and the clean look. I think I am also drawn to the color palette you chose. Whatever the reason, I love it! Thanks for the giveaway!

"Heartfelt" really delights me - so many possibilities with it. The graphics are strong. Thanks for the chance to win a copy of your thrilling book!

My all-time favorite was your sampler pin wheel sew along a few years back......but, if I have to choose a fav from your book, I would say "happily ever after" ...just cause I love stars! Thanks for the giveaway!

Far-sighted because you could really highlight big print fabrics :-)

I ordered your book for all 4 of my girls for Christmas as they are new to quilting. I especially like Happily Ever After.
