As a mother of four kids myself, I'm wondering how you managed to get them all to smile AND look at the camera at the same time! Great shot!
Hope you had a great Mother's Day. I still fondly recall (and use) the little quilt you so kindly sent me one year after I'd had a particularly discouraging Mother's Day. (You will be happy to know that things have improved in that regard and this year I had a very nice one!) Cute photo of you with your little blessings.

Four kids and you have time to quilt?! I have always found that taking some time for myself helps me give time to my family. I did laundry on Mother's Day - but was in my sewing room the whole time working on a new quilt. If you have to do laundry, at least you should quilt at the same time. Cute kiddos!
