at sample spree i scored these lovelies.
a martinique fat quarter bundle.
a martinique jelly roll.
& a martinique layer cake.
they just sit on a shelf and look pretty.

Oh yummy yummy yummy! I'm dying to get my hands on some of that. It will likely be the next line I get. Along with Fresh Cottons. And Rural Jardin. Oh, all the choices. Poor hubby is going to go broke, LOL. ☺
gorgeous!!! I will have to keep my eyes open for this one when I go to the Paducah quilt show in 3 weeks.

i just got some charm square packs and wish i had a jelly roll(or 5) of this too. i may or may not be cutting into them this weekend
How pretty! I can relate. What fun!
Have a great week! :)
Oh how pretty. I can see why you don't want to undo the ribbon. If you should ever get tired of them, I would be happy to stare at them for a while! :)

dork... maybe.
Oh. Don't untie it. How could THAT possibly lead anywhere good? Then you'd have to make like a quilt or something. LOL
Now don't untie it until you are SURE, absolutely SURE Rachel!!!
when i get "nice" fabric like that, i just stare at it for awhile before i cut into it
What a wonderful vintage look they have.
Those are really gorgeous! I think I'd just want to sit and stare at them all the time too!
they are beautiful fabrics...and you are a lucky girl to have been given them AND maybe holds so many possibilities!!
getting up the nerve to untie the ribbon is the hardest part you know!
Rachel, I know how you feel, sometime I look at my fabric so long. Just not able to cut it. When the perfect project comes along you'll know.
Can I just say JEALOUS!!! I don't want to sound nieve but what exactly is a sample spree? Do you get a discount? Is it free? Where can I find one?
i just finished looking thru your list of tutorials. WOW! Lots there I want to try :) I shall return!
Is it wrong to love the neatly folded up fqbs and not want to open them? I think not. I could seriously decorate a room with them. :)
Those are totally beautiful!!
gorgeous!
I have a little something for you at my blog! =) Check it out!
Go for it Rachel -- you can do it!!!
Beautiful eye candy! Can't wait to see the results.
It's art. Admire it.
LOL I have the cake & roll bundle from Market too. No one expects stamp collectors to use their stamps, or coin collectors to use their coin- so why should we be expected to use our fabric??? ;) LOL
It is so beautiful, I'm waiting for 'just the right design' to come along ;) LOL
That looks beautiful, would love to see something made out of that. Love your blog!!
We just got this line in at the shop where I work, and it is absolutely beautiful! Makes me feel like I'm on a beach vacation just looking at it (well, almost!) I get to make a shop sample, and I'm so excited! Looking for a pattern...any suggestions?
