I like the tree material in the first block, and love how the second block is wonky at the center, but normal all around, reminds me of me... hope your day wasn't too crappy, and that tomorrow makes you forget all about it. Or at least not hurt so much.

blocks look great...i shoulda joined this...hrm... and i'm sorry about your day babe... i came home and fell asleep.. woke up for a few minutes to get pillows...and back asleep... 11 hours of it... never happens... and i got nothing done... but today is a new day and i got a box i'm waiting for if you know what i mean!!!

I'm glad we feel the same about the day! I hope you get to lay in bed and relax a little! OH and that pillow cover with the doily was pretty easy, just make a pillow cover like normal, but before you sew everything together pin and applique the doily on, I just used my normal sewing foot and sewed in circles around the crochet part. Then cut off the extra doily and sew it together like normal. Easy, but I might still make a tutorial out of it if I can get myself some energy or willpower......
