so here is my almost irish quilt...in progress.

i really, really ♥ this quilt so far.
{all but the boo boo i made, but i am SO leaving it as is.}

the fabrics are cuter than cute.
and the hubby is enjoying the fact it's buckeye friendly.
o h...i o

my pal lisa is making this same quilt for her nephew.
{yall can see it here.}
she's fast...her top is already completely pieced!!!
show off!!! i kid, i kid.

i'm hoping to have the top of this completely pieced by may 22nd.
why may 22nd???

so what do yall think???

p.s. these pics look blurry to me. ewww.
maybe it's just me because i'm tired.
if it's not just me, sorry for the pic quality.

Love it! I am a sucker for a red quilt (my fave color). I had to go back to find the mistake (cuz you mentioned it) and it took me a while to find it. That's a good sign, no one will ever notice it.

I really like it, the colors are great. I either suck though, or am really tired as well, as I can't find the boo boo! (lucky you-it can't be that bad!)

I like it BUT my sore ribs got a workout as I have to admit I laughed at the name of the quilt. With a name like that, I was NOT expecting to see something black, white, and red...I was expecting greens. GREAT job on it, though!!!

Great looking quilt!
Did you know that the Amish purposefully make a mistake in every quilt? They feel that only God can create perfection, so they do not dare create their quilts perfectly.
